## Bio

Yao-Chung Fan is a full professor at the Department of Computer Science, National Chung Hsing University (NCHU). He directs the NCHU NLP Lab and currently serves as Vice Provost. His research bridges foundational NLG / MRC work with deployed AI systems serving NCHU students (AI 興學伴 / eduxplore), hospital partners (Changhua Christian Hospital consultation), and Indigenous-language communities (Amis dialogue system). His recent work focuses on Agentic AI, educational LLMs, and retrieval-grounded generation.
